Who I work with in London
Adults
Communication and swallowing support for adults, including adults with learning disabilities and autism — with a focus on real-life communication, choice and dignity rather than clinic-only progress.
Every assessment and intervention is tailored to the individual’s needs. The exact approach will depend on clinical judgement, the person’s presentation and the agreed service.
In person or online
In person across London
Sessions and assessments take place where communication actually happens — at home, at school, in a college or in a supported living or care setting across Greater London. Exact availability and travel are confirmed during your Discovery Conversation.
Online, UK-wide
Video sessions, training and consultation are available anywhere in the UK. Online works well for parent and staff coaching, AAC support, reviews and case discussion; some assessments need to be in person, which I will always tell you honestly.
Fees
Fees depend on scope. Assessments, therapy blocks, training packages, audits and consultancy are quoted individually after a free Discovery Conversation, so you always know the cost before anything is booked. See the FAQ for more on how fees and referrals work.
